I'm having stabbing pains on the right side of my chest...Does anyone have any idea what could cause that?

I'm 36 years old......These stabbing pains started a couple days ago and last a few minutes...then there is this lingering pain not as bad but when i bend forward or stretch my arms in front of me it aches....I'm still having these aches right now...it hurts to bend over or even move my upper body......It happens whether I'm laying in bed or walking around......My grandmother had heart problems ( she had a pacemaker)....that seems to be the only history in my family. I was reading that gall stones can cause chest pains on your right side, but i had my gall bladder removed almost 3 years ago.....I went to the Dr. today and got a check up....my lungs sounded fine etc........I didn't tell her about this problem i started having because i didn't think to much about it, until it happened again about 20 minutes ago......Anybody have any thoughts on this?
