Sims 2 University & Nightlife Mac Question?

I have the sims 2 for the mac base game installed. It runs great! But, i have been trying to install University & nightlife aswell, & the instalation goes smoothly & everything, but when i try to play the game, it doest show any content from either game, & it seems as though they were not installed, even though they were. Can anyone help me find a solution to this problem? Please Help me! thanks.
