Small White goosebumps on ?

hello i am a 15 year old male and when i was shaving my i saw tiny white pimples on them, they look like when your arms get cold but they are only smaller, each of them has a hair coming out of them so i think they may be hair follicle's . please tell me what they are and how to get rid of them as i am too young and embarred to visit my doctor
