I've been doing some video work for a local race track, but my position was recently terminated and merged with another. I have a two year library of races and some people interested in airing them on the web in exchange for advertising revenue, but I'm not sure about the legalities of the situation. It needs work. You said it's a rough draft so yeah. Some words I think could be added or changed to make it sound better. The flow is a little....not flowy. And when you're writing I hope you're starting a new line for every time someone else speaks. And when she says "I,I don't know." In my opinion this is better, "I...I don't know." To me that's a better way to put it. And is there like a reason all of the names start with A's? To be honest it gets confusing but if there's like reason for it or you purposely used that don't change it if you don't want to. The whole thing over all I'm a little confused. Maybe because I don't know what the next parts but yeah. Your idea isn't bad though. I started when I was 11 and looking back at my first copies of books I'm like WHOA this is horrible. He may need a longer course of medication. Kennel cough is a virus and it needs to run it's course. I know the cough sounds ruff, but there isn't much you can do. I have no siblings. Just me. My partner and I have both been made unemployed within the last month. My partner and I have been together for 9 years. He just heard the news yesterday. I was let go one month ago. We have a bit of money saved luckily but I am a 35yr old female and he is a 52yr old male so we need this money to get on the property ladder. We have been working in different areas that is why we could not decide where to settle. The problem is I live 2 hours drive from my parents. They are both in ill health. My mother has a long term difficult pyschiratic condition and my father has cardiac problems. They are both 70yrs old and live in separate houses 30 mins drive from each other. My fathers condition is under control but caring for my mother is a huge burden for him. She is extremely akward and non compliant and will not comply with her medical team or be happy with any help she is given. She is highly manipulative. She feels it is my job to be 100% able to 'take care' of her and sacrifice my life for her. For years she has hounded me to give up my life and move near her or in with her. She is insanely jealous of my partner to the point i cannot bring him home ever for xmas or any celebrations as she throws very unpleasant tantrums, crying and screaming and being horrible. She seems happiest when causing pain and anguish. I can accept that she is ill and that she is not wired properly and that this is the way she is. However, my father has all sorts of 'rules' for me in 'order to keep her happy'. This mean not telling her if i'm going on vacation (as this results in tantrums from her , as she feels my vacation time should be spent with her) and makes my dads life a misery then. However,he will not come and live with her as he runs his farm 30 mins drive away. His house is not in good condition to live in but he refuses to spend a penny repairing it. My mothers house is not too bad and they sleep in her house. He comes to her at 9pm every night and leaves at 10am in the morning. If she wants to be with him, she has to go down to his house during the day. I go home to her every 2/3 weekends for the full weekend, i ring her 3 times per day and I buy her clothes. All i get in return is abuse from her and hear back nasty tales where she tells neigbours he never sees me or that she doesnt hear from me, or that if i was a good daughter i would move closer to her in the neighbourhood. I did that 10yrs ago, and i had to leave as she wanted me in her house with her. I think i can accept her the way she is but i worry myself sick about my father coping with her. We have organised long term residential care for her (where she stays in a home 4/5 days per week and comes home for weekends or for a week here and there) but she will not take it up. My worry is my father. My partner and I would love to go travelling for 6 months or basically emigrate from this cesspit of a country. However, I'm afraid to go because of my parents. This last few years (and most of my life) i've been caring for them both from afar. I'm there within an hour if they in any trouble. hi all, i have been makeing wine for a few years now and recently started useing sodium metabisulfite. ive used it to "stabilize" the wine before bottling so i can sweeten it. also though im told its a useful preservative as it acts as a sacrificial antioxidant. my concern is what is the best way to use it as a preservative? should i mix it before bottling or add it to the bottle right after its filled? ive noticed that the color of some of my wines (rhubarb for example) changes the instant i mix sulfite in. i have had no issue with aroma or anything that i can perceive but i am inexperienced so i wonder if anyone on answers knows for sure. any advice is appreciated. also im well aware of the fact that sulfites are not all that healthy, like MSG. im not too worried. part of my concern about this is the fact that people tell me sulfites break down and leave the wine when its open to the air. i figured this is why you should let your wine "breath" after popping the cork. thanks in advance.

Interacting with a child who has been abused in the past?

I'm talking about my cousin Ryan. He's ten years old (almost) eleven and I recently saw him over xmas break in Chicago. He's an adorable kid. You know, blonde-brown hair, olive skin, brown eyes. Just really cute. And because he's so cute I will occasionally poke him in the side to make him laugh or give him a little tummy tickle. His mom will sometimes tickle his stomach briefly as he's walking by and he doesn't seem to mind at all. He is excruciatingly ticklish. But, over xmas break, things got a little more intense. On a few occasions, I held him down and tickled him mercilessly on his stomach, sides, ribs, neck, etc and got a great reaction. Which made me wonder if maybe his feet were ticklish...so I ripped off his socks and started tickling....I apparently found THE SPOT because he started laughing hysterically and eventually screamed. I don't know if that partly has to do with the fact that he's never had his feet tickled before (they've never really been touched by anyone) and they're just not used to stimulation or if he's just REALLY ticklish. But none of that's important. For one, Ryan hasn't seen his dad since he was six. His dad was abusive to him and his mom and his mom left the dad after he broke a few of Ryan's ribs. I don't know how this has affected Ryan. He seems like a normal kid so maybe he's recovered idk. But, anyway, I felt bad later because it seems kind of messed up to hold down and tickle a kid who has already been through so much. Could it be traumatic for him to be tickled? Is it scary for him? does it bring back bad memories? He seemed ok afterwards but i just can't be sure. So....was that wrong of me or is it ok for me to keep tickling him during visits?

I can only answer for the Methodist church. Since we are a connectional church with a district and a conference. All methodist churches ( the buildings) belong to the general conference. Local congregations do not own the buildings.So it is not so much a matter of confiing as it is making sure that the property and it's inhabitants are upholding the standards that the general conference has upheld. I have seen people go through seminary,become a pastor and then try to change all of the doctrines or completely preach doctrines that go against what our denomination believes or even what most Christians believe. For example, we are hearing from some false teachers in our churches teachings which go against the validity of the Trinity and bodily ressurection. It is the responsibility of the general conference of our church to protect all of us from false teachings. Our way may not be right -we may not have all of the answers but they are our ways so yes I believe that if you find the doctrine of any denomination uncomfortable than maybe you should look for a church that better suits you. I know that Forrest was good and that he was a cavalry commander, but how good was he compared to Lee? Do you think that he is better than, equal to, or not as good as Lee? Yes, I think Europe (btw Canada isn't in Europe...) is ready for this 'change'. Obama is seen, in contrast to Bush, as an educated man with a high level of intelligence. If he puts forward logical proposals for greater European participation then I think we'd be much more likely to listen to him rather than Bush's slightly 'trigger-happy' ideas. Of course, that doesn't mean that we'll follow him unless we want to, but I think it's much more likely that dialogue will be opened.

It's weird... My parents are foreign so they always watch European films and there's always a scene.. So my parents just watch it. Like they find it so normal or something.. Last night I was in the kitchen boiling water and my parents were watching some French movie and there was a scene and even from the kitchen I felt uncomfortable but it was as if my parents weren't. Like my dad pulled my mother really close to him and he was kissing her and touching her and I was like wtf? I'm just in the other room! Im really sorry that this happened. I bet it was a combination of stress and possibly lack of sleep. You are not the only one who has thoughts like these however. Many people in the world fall to the same problem and do things that they regret later on. It is not good that you hurt yourself and that your thoughts were bloody. I trust that you are a completely normal person who just snapped in a moment of stress but you do need to talk to a councilor. This doesn't me that you are crazy. You just dont want this to happen again and you can be sure that with someone to talk to it wont. The councilor can also help you relieve pent up feelings about your job and other aspects of life. How do I create a file on a DVD-R/DVD+R disk that I can download onto my computer?

I have an old GO VIDEO DVD recorder and it allows me to record og 8mm and VHS tapes onto a DVD disk (either DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, or DVD+RW) but my computer doesn't recognize the file when I try to download it. I would like to edit the file with an editing software (I have Nero). Is there some step that I am missing to convert the og file to a digital file? Yes, it is very sad to see these kinds of situations happening worldwide. I do feel very sorry for all of those people. However, did you know that the Bible predicted these types of events thousands of years ago? If you read further down, it says in Matthew 24:6-8 "You are going to hear of wars and reports of wars; see that YOU are not terrified. For these things must take place, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another. All these things are a beginnings of pangs of distress." Isn't this what we hear about so much in the news nowadays? Suffering, fighting, hunger, death, and natural disasters everywhere? Many times we ask ourselves, Is there any hope? According to the Bible, there is: Revelation 21:4 , "And he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. Are their any drawbacks to lifting weights every other day?

I like to lift free weights(heavy) every other day...bench press, bicep curl, squat, and forearms. I have been told that you should only train a muscle group once a week! However i do this every other day and am definately seeing progress. I guess my question is is it ok to work out every other day as long as theres always that 48 rest period between sessions? Im asking because id hate to think that im out there busting my for nothing...or to be doing more damage than good?

Hi, I'll get straight to the point. I am a 23 year old lad and im pretty much on a downer most of the time. my dad is always naggin me to get a job, but i really cant be bothered to search for one. I have no motivation to do anything and i hate startin work at new places because im a shy person. Also, i have no direction in life, most of my mates have good jobs, and then there's just me who hasn't got anything going for himself, and i just get so depressed. I'm single, never had a girlfriend and most probably i'm a mive turn off for girls when they know i don't do anything or have no desire in life. I left college ( UK ) 2 years ago with a Diploma (A level equivalent) in something i now don't want a career in. I am so confused and depressed about my life, and my future looks bleak! My days consist of waking up at 12 noon, having lunch, browsing the internet, maybe apply to a job or two online (i have to force myself), play PS3, have dinner, browse the net until early morning, go bed, and repeat the next day. It's so boring, i know it's boring, but i have no motivation to change my situation, even though i need money to go out. Such as.....Describe how the girl looks like and how the neighborhood looks like and how Jason and David looked like and not just looks sounds like the way the officers voice sounded like calm and gentle or tired and rough. When i read a book i watch it like a movie in my head. And your story was hard to watch. And honestly a secret room!!!! That is not very real. Maybe the vents, attic or basement is what i think would be good or maybe there was a large air vent under the bed that led to a forgotten basement. I'm having stabbing pains on the right side of my chest...Does anyone have any idea what could cause that?

I'm 36 years old......These stabbing pains started a couple days ago and last a few minutes...then there is this lingering pain not as bad but when i bend forward or stretch my arms in front of me it aches....I'm still having these aches right now...it hurts to bend over or even move my upper body......It happens whether I'm laying in bed or walking around......My grandmother had heart problems ( she had a pacemaker)....that seems to be the only history in my family. I used to work in the stockroom at Ross Dress For Less processing the merchandise. I quit without giving a two week notice because I was so stressed. I like the type of work, but the stockroom was always disorganized and the store poorly managed. I along with the other ociates who worked in the stockroom constantly had to look for the things we needed to get the job done. Things were never put back where they belonged after they were used. We always had to stay late to finish work, and I never looked forward to work. It was only a part time job, but it felt like a full time one. I had to work overtime so much that it sometimes was a fulltime job. Now don't get me wrong. I don't blame the store managers. I blame the management higher up the ladder and employees who are too lazy to put things back. I think the store managers are good managers who do their best to respect their employees and make sure the jobs get done. I even talked to the supervisor about the problem, and she said she would talk to the managers about it if she thought it would do any good. I keep hearing never say anything bad about an employee or only quit for a certain number of reasons but after explaining the situation, can I be blamed for quitting? If "burnout" isn't a good reason toput on an application, what else can I put on it that would be a good reason?

About a year ago I got pulled over for a DUI & I didn't do any of the test or submit to a breathalizer. Now I have been convicted of a Reckless Opp, served my time gone through treatment, go to at leats 3 AA's a week and have been sober since. Now here's the question, this isn't my first, its my second. I recieved one about 4 years ago and have been on probation since. Now I'm just about to get my lisence back and start moving forward with my life. When I went to get reinstated they told me that I have a warrent out for my arrest for violating my probation. They said that refusing to blow was a violation of my probation. I need advice - should I get a lawyer, will I see jail time, will they resuspend my lisence, are there fines. About a year ago a friend of mine was in his college dorm room and the microwave he was using burst into flames. Immediately the fire department was notified and were on there way. Mean while all these people heard the alarm go off, and ran to the room in which it was coming from and started freaking out when they saw the fire. My friend was trapped inside while the firemen were trapped outside due to all the people blocking the door. By the time my friend remembered his fire extinguisher it was too late the fire was already spreading. And when the firemen were able to get in the room and put out the fire it was too late my friend was already dead. Now I feel terrible cause I didn't do anything to help even though I know i could have done something but its too late.
