Is censorship needed in the entertainment industry?

No. Censorship should not be allowed in any form. If you don't like something, don't watch/listen/read it. If you truly think something is wrong, protest it. But not everyone will think it is wrong, and it's not up to you to decide what everyone else listens to, reads, and watches on TV.
