Boyfriend. plus silent treatment. what does it mean?

Hi.My boyfriend and I had a little fight. It was mainly about how he doesn’t communicate with me. and how I feel so distant from him. We only ever saw eachother once a week. Twice if I was lucky. So anyways, I confronted him about this. And he suggested that we should reconsider things.Too cut a long story short, he came up with an excuse and told me that he cant open up about things like this and it takes time.I told him I would wait.And for about 5days, he hasn’t spoken to me. NOTHING at all. But it seems he is talking to girls on his myspace.Is he trying to make me jealous?Or is he just moving on without telling me its over?Please help.I don’t know what to do.I don’t want to contact him though, I want to show him I can be strong without him.
