Girls, need your opinion on this?

She definitely likes you. Girls always play with their hair (but don't try to make it obvious that they are trying to get your attention) when they like a guy. The fact that you guys joke around with each other in cl and always share looks when funny stuff happens mean you have a good bond. Forget about what happened a few years ago..she didn't know you as well and may not have been interested, but now she seems to be. Plus, you texted her your feelings - I'd rather a guy tell me straight-up in person. So did she say yes when you just asked her to the group event? If so, that's good because it means that unlike the last time (when she obv made an excuse not to go because it was awkward) she is ready to hang out with you. Gl!
