How to go about setting up a company with microsoft office?

Hello, I am a little curious to know about networking. My question is, how would one go about setting up Microsoft Office (legally) for 80 users at an company office. Would I just get a few copies of office or 80? I just want to know in case the network guy I hired is overpricing me or not. Thanks!
