Can this soundproof my music room?

All that should help, not sure on the amount of glue though. You can buy sound blankets and things like that to put around your drumset like a kids fort, but I'm not sure on prices. Another way to keep quiet is to play at a moderate level of volume: don't smash everything!!!!!!!
