Kitten problem!?

my bro got me this kitten and she's about 2 weeks old. she hasnt been pooping or peeing at all for the past 24 hours. i've been giving her diluted milk only. she spends her time sleeping mostly and she smells like poo in the ..i dont know much about cats...so i really need hel understanding them....
