Will aphogee help my over processed, gummy feeling, falling out hair?

I bleached my hair for the 2nd time this week (done several times before with no issues) and left it on too long (last track of time) and now my hair is gummy, matted, and falling out/breaking off when I touch it. If I use the two minute treatment will it help?I know this product can be used on white hair as I looked on their website, but will it really help? I was only doing the underside of my head so it isnt too much hair, but i still dont want to be bald! I have done this same process several times before (months apart) with no problems, until now. Also is there anyway to help from all my hair breaking off tonight while I am sleeping? I cant get to sally beauty until the morning.
