I 'm in agreement with you for the most part. I spent a substantial portion of my early education around learning disabled & mentally retarded kids ---they ranged from 6 to 16--- and you would have a hard time convincing me those kids did not know the difference between right and wrong. (I was about to say,"Try him as an adult unless he's mentally retarded!" Then I remembered my former clmates.)
