Co-worker with girlfriend... you get the picture... (at least this one will be interesting?)?

What comes around, goes around. What if everything goes good, he dumps is girlfriend for you, and you don't loose your job, everything is dandy, but what if a new c/o comes in, and he ditches you for her? How would you feel then?
